As a manufacturer of welding studs, we are receiving an increasing number of enquiries about studs that have to be applied using laser welding. We have risen to the task. We developed these studs in such a way that they are similar in dimension to welding studs for tip ignition. We simply leave off the ignition tip and the slight pitch, so that they can be welded flat on the sheet.

We produce laser welding studs upwards of a quantity of 10,000 pieces.
