Environmental policy

Schmeck Verbindungstechnik GmbH believes that environmentally sustainable behaviour and the correct use of available resources is the primary goal in environmental protection. We therefore commit ourselves to constantly improving environmental protection through strategic and short-term targets. These include the following examples, among others:

• Regular inspection and improvement of environmental compatibility regarding our production processes, auxiliary materials and raw materials.
• The efficient and economical use of raw materials, water and energy.
• Capital goods are checked and evaluated from an environmental perspective before purchase.

Noise, vibrations and exhaust gases are unavoidable when manufacturing screws and cold-formed parts. We have implemented comprehensive measures to restrict these emissions as much as possible.
